Brian Oram to Speak on Soils at Symposium

WILKES-BARRE, PA—May 8, 2012—Brian Oram, a professional geologist and soil scientist and founder of B.F. Environmental Consultants, will be presenting at the Soil, Stabilization, and Stormwater Symposium held on Friday, May 11 in Lebanon, PA.

Oram will be speaking on soils, infiltration, and their application to stormwater BMPs. His presentation will begin at 8 AM.

“This information is very useful to municipal leaders and their engineering teams,” said Oram. “Advance planning can save literally millions of dollars by helping communities avoid damages that can occur during storms. There can be no better example than the flooding we experienced in our own area last year.”
